writes: "I grew up in Vermont and started skiing as soon as I could walk.   We could ski out our back door and over the the Van Sanford farm, and my mom would bribe us with hot cocoa if we skied the whole way.  From age 5, I race
d
with Prospect Mountain ski club, before it became the Bill Koch league
.
 I
was thrilled to meet
Bill for the first time, two years after his silver medal win in 1976
, at the Bill Koch Festival in Putney VT
.  I have skiied my entire life, and could not wait to teach my daughters to ski as soon as they could stand on skis too!  I coached EMBK when my girls were younger, and have been involved with CSU since 200
7
, and served as the club's first Wax Team Manager, General Manager and Board Chair, before joining NENSA as their High Performance Director in 2015
.  I am
USSA L200 and
a NENSA level 1 coach
.

I love coaching for CSU and working with our great athletes and fellow coaches,
doing what needs to be done to make our team and athletes succeed
.   And, I still try to jump in a few Tuesday night Weston Ski Track, or Masters' races when time allows
.
